RED CARPET
A design fashion archive in Milan, via San Marco, conca dell’Incornata. An experimentation and a research work by a group of 3 people, according to a master reference: Carlo Scarpa.
The project asks about the use of a simple, historical, durable and modular material: brick. What shape, what size, what color, what texture, what constructive technique to choose? It can be structural or not, with infinite equipment modes, but it imposes a high precision of detail. The method follows a study by drawing in order to make interact the new and the existing one.
